Diploma in Clinical Supervision

A course in clinical supervision through a relational and creative lens

The course is aimed at experienced counsellors and psychotherapists who wish to become clinical supervisors working with individuals and groups. The group will be a key learning resource to facilitate a developing understanding of the purpose and process of supervision, and how it differs at different stages of practice.

Matrix College teaches a relational development integrative model of Psychotherapeutic Counselling and this will inform and frame our relational approach.

Students will be encouraged to develop their own creative and relational approach to supervision, grounded in theory, that aligns with their own approach to clinical work. There will be an emphasis on creative ways of supervising, observed skills practice and using the group as a resource.
