Matrix College teaches a relational development integrative model of Psychotherapeutic Counselling and this will inform and frame our relational approach.
Students will be encouraged to develop their own creative and relational approach to supervision, grounded in theory, that aligns with their own approach to clinical work. There will be an emphasis on creative ways of supervising, observed skills practice and using the group as a resource.
