This is a three-month experiential training course in which you will be introduced to the basic principles and practices of mindfulness, and their relationship to neuroscience. By developing your own practice of mindfulness, you will go on to explore how mindfulness can be used to work with shame and intergenerational and cultural trauma. The emphasis throughout will be on developing your own practice of mindfulness through individual, group and triad work.
At the end of the training, you will:

This is an experiential group for CPD running across Saturday and Sunday.
This group process ‘marathon’ offers an opportunity to re-visit some reflective questions:
How do I experience others in a group? How do I experience myself in a group?
What can I learn from the ‘mirror’ held up to me by others?
The format will be largely organic, allowing for the participation of all and flexibility of focus.
Group members will be invited simply to engage, thoughtfully and authentically, with the
flow. In amongst this, we may take time to consider how we make sense of things using an
integrative framework; deepening our understanding professionally as well as personally.
